Duggan's Brewery
Mike Duggan was the original brewmaster and a partner of the Mill St. Brewery. Bravely deciding to go on his own, he set up his brew shop a few years ago. He created some of his best potions ever including his spectacular No 9. Here are a few posters we designed for Mike.
Beer. Good.

Mill St. Brewery
One of my all time favourite accounts.
We met the Mill St. entrepreneurs early on. Well, they had 'nothing' but great craft beers and a cool downtown location in the Distillery District. So we capitalized on the District heritage story with a series of unique backdrop paintings by Marc Sorozan and a 1930s inspired music jingle track. Some hip TV animation spots followed.
Mill St. Radio
Our mission was to tie-in the new Mill St. Brewery with the great brewing traditions of the Distillery District. We began with a good old-fashioned jingle. Then we added a unique voice announcer, with his warm descriptions of the beers and stories of the brewery. Indeed, the radio campaign painted the picture of a solid company that has been around for a long, long time.
Mill St. TV
When I run into "No budget, but we want to be on TV", I tend to think of Terry Gilliam. His cheap Monty Python made-at-home animation works if you have an interesting story to tell. Add great music/audio and elemental humour and your audience will love you for hitting their funny bone.
We told tales of the old red brick buildings, gleaming copper kettles and a slower, better pace of life. Of course, all these wonderful qualities were captured in every single Mill St. bottle. The bottom line has been spectacular. I know the numbers – I've been a shareholder for years. Gotta love a client who lets you describe their beer as Bodacious!
